Wine Maker Dinner Series Atop Valhalla Vineyards
Come join owners James and Debra Vascik atop the property
for a night of food, wine and fun. With the help of Chef
Jason Pollard, previously of Fess Parker Winery in
California, an evening awaits you that will transport you
into another world and one that you will not soon forget.
Below is the Schedule of the 2008 series along with the
menus being prepared for these magnificent events.

June 27 - Band Night at Valhalla. Bring your picnic and enjoy live music and dancing. July 19 - Moonlight Gourmet Wine Dinner, Chef Jason Pollard presents an elegant starlight dinner paired with Valhalla wines, RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, $80 per person. July 25 - Band Night at Valhalla. Bring your picnic and enjoy live music and dancing. August 22 - Band Night at Valhalla. Bring your picnic and enjoy live music and dancing. August 31 - Blessing of the Vines, an ecumenical service blessing grapes and harvest with processional through the vineyard. Featuring Deo Gloria. Ceremony starts at 2:30; all are welcome to join us. |

October 24 - Last Band Night of the season. October 31 - Costumes and Cabernet Come and enjoy Halloween at Valhalla with a special library tasting of our award winning cabernets *last Friday hours of the 2008 season |
